stalled data repeatedly since merger
-Internet throughput stalls to near zero SEVERAL times a day. -Temporary fix is toggling airplane mode off and on. (Data will then flow until phone then is left idle for some minutes - MERE MINUTES - have to then repeat the process if not on wifi). -Convinced it happened after merger. -Happens across country (sadly, have multiple lines with this company .. all using different device brands). -T-Mobile should come out and ACKNOWLEDGE the problem and give estimates as to a fix (because I'm ready to take my service anywhere else).
