Mensaje de error
2 TopicsSprint former costomer that cant use t-mobile app/site.
Iwas with Sprint on afamily plan before the merger & i got well ahead of the game with the sim swap. I have a iPhone 12 Pro & i switched mySprint sim over almost a year ago if not longer due to service issues with sprint sim card. I even recently got another t-mobile sim when they offered it for the rest of our lines but we still can't long into the t-mobile app or website. i keep getting an error or page never loads. The sprint web site seems like someone made it on github recently it's just horrible no matter if i use apc or iphone youcan hardly navigate the preferences & permissions page. Whyis it that there is constant error during sign in after using verification code page will get 404 error so will have to go back to login page re input same code and page work. Seems to be asecurity problem,in my mind that should not happen almost every login. I'mjust wondering if anyone else hasexperienced this or if there is any info when we can all use the main t-mobile site. My girl just upgraded to the iPhone 13 through& she still we can't use there site & the apps we can use are have use able at best. Sorry for the rant just looking for insight it was a pain even being able to make a account to use this community but still can't use email for website and i even have a T-money bank account with any-mobile i'd but no cant use thet-mobile site/app,Just a hacked up a$$ Sprint sitelol.975Visto0likes2ComentariosOption to change PIN online results in error message
What the title says. There is an option within your account to change your PIN online. However, I've been trying to do it for a couple weeks, and every time, it results in the same error message: Service Unavailable. F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. I'd really like to be able to contact T-Mobile by chat or email via desktop to let them know about this error message, but apparently those are not options. Calling is the only option. Oh wait, you might be able to access chat support on the T-Mobile app, but you'll wait all day to chat witha humanwho may or may not be able to help you. Seriously T-Mobile, it's 2021. No chat or email support via desktop? If customer service is backed up and you can't offer reliable chat, that's fine…let me email, and a support rep can reply at their convenience. Anyway, I do not want to have to call customer service to change my PIN. I can't remember what I set up for my PIN before. I never call customer service, so I have no real reason to keep it fresh in my memory. I'd like to change it to a sequence of numbers that I know for certainI'll never forget, and I'd rather do that online while logged into my account. I've already set up the Account Takeover Protection, but I'd like to reset my PIN just as an added bit of protection to protect against sim swaps and the like. I know probably no one will be able to help me here, but perhaps someone could check and see if they receive the same error message when trying to reset their PIN. Would be nice to know if I'm the only one.1.2KViews1like9Comentarios
