Unable to remove add-on from online order
Hi, I have been trying to add a new line to my account by purchasing a new phone online. I am on an old Simple Choice plan. The issue is there is an add-on which says SC Data 6GB & SMHS for $15/mo that shows up before placing the order and there is no option to remove that add-on. Any idea how to remove this add-on before placing the order? Graciasunable to purchase a phone online. Anybody else dealing with this issue recently??
I have tried five different devices and different browsers and I still can't purchase a phone online. I get as far as the trade in and when I press skip trade in the screen just loads to a white page. I've been trying for days and still not able to get anywhere. I just want to purchase a new phone without having to call or go into a store.
