Data bar graph
I used to be able to view a simple bar graph of my data usage when I would go to LINE DETAILS, but now that bar graph isn't there. I've tried both on my laptop and the app. It itemizes data usage but not simple bar graph to see how much I've used total. You know what I mean? Did they take that away? Why? Thank you.
Visual Voicemail will not activate on prepaid account
I have a pre-paid account without mobile data. Visual Voicemail had been working but then there was an update last week. When opening updated Visual Voicemail it wants to activate using "supported mobile carrier network". It says I can't use WIFI to activate though it will work once activated. Pressing "getting started" results in "Visual Voicemail cannot be authenticated due to cellular data mode being turned off". I can turn on mobile data without error. Trying again I get new message "Visual Voicemail was not activated please try again." Trying again multiple times does not work. Phone is a OnePlus Nord N200 5g. Any ideas? Thanks.
Prepaid sims
I have a current normal plan with tmobile - but my phone is scheduled to be turned off today and I do not have the funds to pay it and they wont extend my payment plan . I was just going to switch carriers but im not sure if that is the best idea either . I was thinking of buying a prepaid tmobile sim car and swithcing out my current sims and using the prepaid option till i can pay off my balance . this would give me a new number correct ? would this even work as a temporary thing ?
