After years of dealing with AT&T, with their customer service reps who cannot speak English andtransfer your problem a dozen times with no resolve, their screwed up billing, their inability to transfer an account to a new address, their daily internet outages, their overcharging and general mayhem, I am thrilled to be with TMobile! I was able to set up my internet with NO human contact, the customer service rep with whom I changed my payment date spoke perfect English and the price is right and the connection perfect! Anyonewho has complaints should switch to AT&T for a year or so to see how good you have it now!51Visto0likes2Comentarios
