Not able to make a call.
Trying to make a call to my Father -no connection for a long time of wait. After several attempts called him on WhatsApp. It's nice, isn't it? Calledcustomer support. It was look like I was talking to the group of people, instead of one. Probably 10 of them sitting in the same room, you can hardly understand who you are talking to. Guys, you need to improve working conditions for your workers. After 5 minutes of conversation I've got a headache. Very disappointed.
WORST PHONE CARRIER
Absolutely worst carrier around, I’ve been with T-Mobile for over a year now and the service is, it doesn’t work anywhere at all, I’m sitting here with 3-4 bars 5G LTE, and I can’t use my data or make phone calls anywhere , nothing works at all and upon going to 4 DIFFERENT T-Mobile stores I keep being told “if you don’t like it then cancel, I travel around for work and it works no where, I will be canceling as soon as my phone is paid off, Tried troubleshooting with tech support and it took5 hours over the phone and her messing with my phone, 5 hours later and I got no results and my phone and service is still, they gave me a petty $30 off my phone bill and won’t help anymore unless I sit there for hours and hours for them to attempt troubleshooting, I’ve been through it and it helps nothing, Most useless and inconsiderate customer service and phone service around, If you are thinking about joining TMobile my recommendation is DO NOT, NEVER JOIN TMOBILE
Is there a way to contact IT directly?
I have an issue with calling a number that affects all T-Mobile phones in my area. I have the error message and have reported it,but customer service opens a ticket, the ticket gets closed, and I get no info or follow up as to why or what was done. Is there an email I can contact where I can give them more information or have someone I can follow up with? Thanks in advance.
Can't updat 911 address for Wifi calling.
I am unable to update my 911 address to use the Wi-Fi calling. When I make the attempt, it asks me to log into T-Mobile account which I do, then asks for my phone number to send a confirmation code via SMS but the code never comes and I'm stuck in a loop. Suggestions?
