short code sms issue
4 TopicsDIGITS doesn't support short codes for verification texts?
If this is true then this is absolutely preposterous and needs to be fixed ASAP. When I signed up for a DIGITS number, I was told that it could be used exactly the same way 100% as my primary number on my phone. If short code verification text messages cannot be received on my DIGITS number, then I was entirely lied to.222Visto0likes3ComentariosShort Code Verification Texts
I learned today that T Mobile only allows one phone on an account to receive short code verification texts. My wife and I are on a family plan with my son. All of us work so this is quite inconvenient. Do other carriers limit access to short code verification texts? We would like to switch to another carrier. Otherwise, we will each have to get our own plan and our expense will increase. ¡Gracias!661Visto0likes4ComentariosNot Getting Short SMS
, maybe you can help me. I'm not getting any verification texts from T-Mobile, Bank of America, Google, or gig economy side jobs like Door dash or Grub Hub. You can reference ticket #63557315 to see what's been done so far . No issues with phone calls and I seem to be getting regular SMS and MMS. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks. There is no see pam block or line block on my line. I can't even access my account online it says my number is invalid. Hi all! I just switched to T-Mobile yesterday, and both my wife and I are having some trouble with our phones. Neither of us seem to be able to receive texts from 5 or 6 digit short codes. I've reached out to tech support who put in a trouble ticket. The engineer assigned to that ticket reached out today and claimed our account had no blocking, nothing was wrong, and blamed our devices or the sender. Since this is an account wide problem, its clearly not a device or sender issue. Any ideas what might be going on, and what can be done to fix it? Thanks! If it helps at all, we came from AT&T. Initially we had brought our phones from AT&T, though we've since upgraded to new phones. We also ported our numbers from AT&T.1.2KViews0likes1Comentario
