I purchased a signal booster for my home since our signal has gone down considerably since getting the service. Result: cell signal has jumped considerably, but the wifi module is still on weak... Any thing needing changed on T-mobile side? Boosting the band recommended which is 71 I believe289Visto0likes2ComentariosRegistering a 3rd party cell signal booster
I work a lot out of my van and there are times where the cell signal is very weak and I can't use my mobile cell phone hotspot. I have purchased a 3rd party cell signal booster to help resolve thisissure. However, now my problem is how do I register it with T-Mobile. I have tried their signal booster register page and it does not work. I have call customer service and they can not access the registration page either. So how do I register it? Help please!288Visto1like5ComentariosCell phone signal into basment home
My TMoblile gateway is a NOK 5G21. Knowing I do not get any cell signal in my house I installed a Cell Phone Signal Booster from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BV65DLX1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I have it wired into my basement home (actually have dirt and concrete roof). It sends a signal into my home. My US Cellular cell phone works in all my rooms. And is about equal inside using signal booster and outside with speed tests. My TMobile gateway works. But when I take my Gateway out onto my roof, it has a much faster down and upload speed than when it is inside using my signal booster? Can anyone help me figure out why my TMobile Gateway is slower inside connected to the booster than outside? Thanks, JimSolved386Visto0likes2ComentariosNot convinced
The speeds and stability of the network are both shabby. I live only about 2 miles from a tower and the signal strength and consistency suck. How can I get T-Mobile to push that signal up a few notches. If you're going to attract customers you ought to have the coverage they need. Go big or go home.85Visto0likes4ComentariosSignal Booster for Sprint Clients
I used to use Sprint's Magic Box Gen 3 as a signal booster as I live in a rural area and the reception is very poor. Since T-Mobile took over Sprint, they discontinued the Magic Box in March which left me with no signal booster at all (unless I want to spend hundreds of dollars to buy one). Whenever I asked T-Mobile, they said because I am still a Sprint client, I am not eligible to get a signal booster (the non wi-fi one since I don't have a wi-fi router). I'll be able to get one once T-Mobile switch my account from Sprint to T-Mobile, but they do not know when. Does anyone has any comments/suggestions? I hardly get one bar and the data reception is always poor. Every time I tried to stream any shows, it buffered every 10 minutes or so, very annoying! I am a current TMobile customer, matter of fact just added a line for my daughter as well…. I live in the suburbs of atlanta and have ok 5g service…. but Im moving sometime in the middle of this month to Union Point Georgia...one of my daughters already lives there and it's actually her house Im moving to when she leaves for Seattle. problem is is when i visit there my service is minimal at best outside the home, go inside and hang it up it's a done deal you'll have absolutely NO service!! i know if i were to obtain a signal booster i could get service inside the house but how do i go about doing that? i've found a few of sprints signal boosters (Sprint AirUnity 587 Magic Box (B41HL) LTE Signal Booster) on a shopping site i use for next to nothing, could i use that here at t-mobile? and if not what should i be looking for to get to use as my signal booster? thanks261Visto0likes7Comentarios
