Is there a support channel for APN customers? I support my customers with Fixed Access Wireless devices and many use LTE with T-Mobilestatic APN's so they can do remote admin etc. Is there a channel I may use to log a ticket to check the performance or status of an APN? b2b.static is an example, lots of UP / DOWN IP connectivity.
