Tmobile the worst customer service!
After hours and hours of speaking with numerous representatives over the past monthI have got ZERO help. They promise me they will have someone call me back AND THEY NEVER DO!Tmobile has screwed up in so many ways I would have to write a book to explain what happened. I've been a loyal customer for over 25years and this is how they treat us loyal customers?! Now I know why all my friends are leaving Tmobile. . I'll be going over to Verizon to see what they will do for me.
Any other vets here order a galaxy s22 and then not get it and get told your order was delayed?
Anyone else get promised a galaxy s22 before the launch, then get denied picking up your new phone on launch day, and t-mobile bozos tell you they ordered it for you and promise it being delivered on Monday the 28th, but now there's a huge delay and your phone you were promised is not in stock anymore? And you paid money basically for no services being rendered?
