In December, I was made an offer to switch mobile operators. They offered to refund me the amount I paid for my phones with that operator. After that, they sent me the SIM cards and the phones, but it wasn't until January when they activated them. Additionally, I took an iPad without confirming that I would keep it. As of today, they have NOT refunded me the money. The agent handling my case says that there was an "error" when activating the lines and they cannot refund me. In addition to that, |TMobile charged me from December to January WITHOUT ACTIVATING the lines, and they have also NOT provided instructions for returning the iPad. And keep charging it into my bill. Nobody is taking responsibility for my case. My advisor is not responding to my calls, and call me on each15 days, and the person who activated the lines late is washing their hands of it, as well. My switch to T-Mobile has been a nightmare, and it seems like they don't want to honor an offer they made to me on December. The conditions regarding the erroneous activation are the responsibility of T-Mobile and its agents, not mine. I have everything in writing. I´m paying more that offered, they can not honored the offer made, and can not received the IPAD back (new, on this box) to keep charging my bill for it?. I recently switched from Verizon to T mobile. It has been a horrible experience! I was promised switch the three lines and phones from Verizon and get three new phones from T mobile. I was told I would get $1000 per phone turned in and get three new iPhone 15s, and would receive 200 per line to switch. After about 9 phone calls of over a hour a piece, and some being three hours long, I have not gotten the trade inright for my old phones, and not got my $200 credit per line. This is so ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There has to be someone at T mobile that can fix problems like this instead of every agent I talk to says it just doesn't work that way, (Tosha). If the promotion code is messed up then there has to be someone that can over ride the stupid program or policy. I want the three phones trade in money applied to my account, because youhave received the phones, and I want my three $200 line credits put towards my account as well. It is to easy!!! Do what was promised!!! Go back and listen to the recorded lines that I was talking on and see what was said…. How about having a supervisor that will do what they say!!! I have spoken to three of them and no resolve. Its like no one cares, and want fix this problem. Not to mention ever time I call I have to start from scratch with the whole story again and listen to reasons why I cant get it fixed or cant speak to someone that can fix it…. I recently "upgraded" from my OnePlus (veteran) plan to the Go5GPlus plan and my service is still terrible. I additionally lost previous capabilities I had with my original plan. Not only has my bill gone up but service has not improved. How to I revert my plan back? The 5G network is no faster than the throttled 4G I had previously. While on the phone with customer service to upgrade my plan I also wanted to upgrade my phone. The phone was processed 12 July 2023. I have not received the phone or any delivery updates. It was not made clear the amount the phone bill would increase or the capabilities that would be lost (e.i. $4.99 FAMILY Netflix). Lastly, I am being prompted to return my trade-in. I have notreceived the phone, yet the 30 day timer is counting down.
