Home Wifi NAT Type issues
Hey everyone, Been struggling with the NAT type issues on my home T-mobileWiFi 5G and my PS4. I just got this and can't sync up with my friends, let alone play online anymore. Does anyone have a fix for this?! I'm becoming quite desperate and exhausted with this issue and t-mobile tech support doesn't have an answer.
T-Mobile Home Internet Review
I have been using T-Mobile Home Internet for a couple of months now. I recently upgraded to the 5G Gateway, which has made my WiFi much better Vs. the LTE Gateway which sucked and had a lot of restrictions. The 5G Gateway is sleek, easy to use, and comes included with your Home Internet Plan! My experience has been exemplary, apart from a few issues. I have the following issues with T-Mobile Home Internet: •No UPnP Option which causes issues using XBL. •No Port Forwarding which causes a Moderate NAT on XBL •Some VPN applications do not work. •The Online GUI is limited and watered down. T-Mobile should really fix these issues, as it's bothering other Customers as well. Overall T-Mobile Home Internet is great for those who don't play on XBL, PSN, or PC or require a VPN to be used for work or personal use.
lol what kind of internet provider doesn't have uPnP support????
dont listen to them say "oh we're working on it" funniest joke ever. spoiler alert they arent. hopefully this reaches someone before they tried to online game withthis nightmare they call “home internet”. you’d have better luck with tinfoil pointed at the sky than trying to play with this garbage. thank you forcoming to my tedtalk.im for sure switching
UPNP issues and is there a fix?
Hi I understand that the reason most gamers using t mobile home internet experience high ping is because of the lack of "UpNP" and was wondering if I upgraded to really nice gaming router with upnp enabled it would fix my issues. Or would it not help since the modem t mobile gives you doesn't have upnp Ping on last provider 0-20 Ping on t mobile 40-60
