11 Topicsvisual voicemail no longer shows my messages transcribed inside the app itself.
So I have been trying to figure this one out, i have call in multiple times to where eventually I gave up. I think that the voicemail to text feature is getting mixed up with the voicemails being transcribed in the actual vvm app. I paid for the feature and was still not getting the messages transcribed in the app but would receive the sms text with the transcription in my messages. Before when it was working correctly i had no vm to text subscription or feature on my account and my voicemails would show the option to play back in the vvm app as well asthe transcription of the message right below the play icon. I believe the problem lies in the app software because oddly enough i was able to clear app cache and data then uninstalled reinstalled the app and when the app loaded back up and i set it up againi tested it immediately and the vm Didshow with the transcription in the vvm app but sadly reverted right back on the very next vm that i received only allowing the play back to listen to message with no transcription showing inside my vvm app. for example in the images i pulled up on google shows the messages transcribed there inside the app. This is what I'm wanting my vvm app to display giving me the option to view, play, delete, save, ect.all in one app, not have to check the transcription inside my text messages app then open vvm up to delete the message or call into the vm to delete from there. Please fix this , this is still a problem and from what ive researched its been going on for a number of years now :(1.9KViews0likes5ComentariosHow to setup Visual Voicemail for dual sim phone (android)?
I have TMobile's Visual Voicemail and recently added a second sim/phone number to my phone. Visual Voicemail receives messages for sim 1 as before, however, for voicemail messages for sim 2, I have to call my voicemail inbox. There is not setup option that I can find to add the second number for visual voicemail. Has anybody successfully been able to do so? De ser así, ¿cómo lo hago?227Visto0likes1ComentarioVisual Voicemai Error — Not Enough Memory
When I try to use the Visual Voicemail app I get a warning that there is not enough memory with no additional information. The T-Mobile website recommends having 15% of one's memory free to run the Visual Voicemail app. Neither specifies whether they are referring to storage/disk memory or RAM. I am assuming it means storage memory, however I still have some questions. As for storage memory, a hard and fast rule of 15% is sort of useless as devices all have differing storage amounts. I have a micro SD card inserted for extra storage and can get a larger card whenever to free up space if Visual Voicemail requires internal storage space. As there is no information about what the error means or where space is required, it is difficult to know whether this will help. Also, the app seems to consistently have issues creating transcripts of messages and doesn't text/email my messages like the old Sprint visual voicemail feature did. That is frustrating for an app called "Visual" Voicemail. Both of these issues along with activation issues dominate the app reviews in the Google Play Store for the last few weeks and looks like it goes back to July. Some people report getting the memory error on new devices which seems old and sounds like device/Android version problems rather than a storage issue. The app's rating has dropped to just 2.6★ of 84,113 reviews with about 60% being one ★. Finally, and this one should go without saying, people must be able to forward the recording to storage by either saving them to their phone, sending them to email, or sharing a link that they can download on another device. The reviews are littered with folks who have lost messages from deceased loved ones when instructed to delete and reinstall the app. As many of the complaints also discuss difficulty with transferring messages or inconsistent responses from support about whether deleting will destroy such messages, it really needs to make clear how to backup the messages securely or guarantee them in a better way during support encounters. Are there plans to address these ongoing issues with Visual Voicemail? If so, what is the timeline to do so? Will it be equally fixed for all phones currently supported by the company?91Visto0likes0ComentariosEnhanced Caller ID not showing caller id or contact name on Visual Voicemail

Turned off and on, updated, but no joy.4.8KViews0likes10ComentariosVoicemail cannot be setup Samsung Galaxy a13 5g
I started with TMobile 2 days ago. I'm unable to setup my voicemail. I've already readhttps://www.t-mobile.com/resources/how-to-setup-voicemailand that doesn't work because I'm not asked for a password or to create a password or to record a greeting. Instead, system says to press * if I have a mailbox on the system (I don't) or to enter a ten digit phone number if I want to leave a message for someone who has a mailbox on the system. I pressed star and was told I don't have a mailbox on the system. I entered my ten digit phone number and system says my mailbox is invalid. I have never been provided the steps in the link above. This is absurd. Visual voicemail can't be set up because "We are unable to contact the VM Application server. Please try again later. 0x03-03-33". I have tried multiple times daily and same response. I called Customer Care and the expert did a network reset and had me power cycle through my phone, then he called me back. Had me check my internet access (I've been able to access Internet since I began service, so it's no surprise that I have internet access at this point in his solution. Expert told me that everything is fine and I should follow the steps in the link above to setup my mail, and then try Visual Voicemail in a couple of days. Ended call. He sent me a text assuring me that "rest assured, he addressed all the concerns I shared with him." I guess yes, he addressed my concern, but he failed to solve it or make any progress or suggestion. I have tried to find a solution here in the community, and have found a few people who couldn't setup voicemail, but the link above solved their problems. It won't solve my issue, so what do i do? I may have made an egregious error in switching to TMobile if this is typical customer service - solution doesn't work, agent ends call before I can check and see if problem is solved, problem not solved. I seek an answer from wiser, more experienced people here.793Visto0likes2ComentariosVisual voicemail / dual sim
I am using dual sim and while I was on my pixel 6 pro, I was able to use visual voicemail within the google phone app and I could choose to see voicemails from either sim card. I recently switched to Samsung s22 ultra and not only does voicemail not work within the google phone app, I am forced to use the standalone t-mobile visual voicemail app that doesn't support dual sim, so I can only see voicemails from the default sim. How can I get this issue escalated to be looked into?2KViews0likes5ComentariosTmobile Visual Voicemail mutes ringer once message finishes playing in the app - only when phone is on do not disturb

As of this morning when I dial 1, instead of it telling me my voicemails it says "You have reached the voicemail system. If you have an account, press * then put in your 10 digit phone number." Its never been this way before. I called T Mobile support and the guy just said "my advice is this is more secure and this is what we prefer now after an update" This sounds like baloney because nobody I know has to do that and it happened SUDDENLY as of this morning. I check my voicemail like 30x per day, I AM NOT putting in my own phone number every type and going through all that.2.8KViews1like3ComentariosVisual Voicemail "detected a new SIM card"
I've had my phone for over 7 months now and every time I try to log into Visual Voicemail I get the following message "We have detected a new SIM card and are confirming your account status. Please check back soon". I have tried clearing my data/cache and it works once, then I get the same message again.3.7KViews0likes5Comentarios
