5G hotspot sim in LTE hotspot
Hi all, Been using my Inseego 5G M2000 with my 100GB 5G plan for about a year now. I am working on a project that requires one of the USB LTE sticks to function. I purchased the ZTE MF833V but cannot get it to connect. I tried having the online chat update the IMEI number in their system and it still doesnt work. My guess is that the 5G sim/plan does not work with the LTE device. Can anyone confirm what i would need to get this USB modem connected? Cheers.
