This is verydisappointing. Igot mine a few months ago and have been having this issue. I even have the new modem. This has been a problem before the modem/router was even out. Then the only response from Tmobile is some generic IT from some minimum wage worker who knows nothing about networking. If they dont want to pay to engineer a proper fix, then it very easy to fix with software.
