Re: Swapping out Gateway Procedure
I'm on my 3rd grey Gateway. I've had 0 problems for over 1 year then suddenly I had no internet. I had a Yellow X as connection with the RF HW Failure. I was told I needed to new unit, got it and it immediately worked until I woke up the next morning and same issue. So I get a new SIM card as the tech said that was the issue. It finally works after 2 hours. Then again overnight I get the same error. so something is happening overnight. Also the 3rd time I called I was told my address doesn't qualify for T-Mobile homeinternet, yet I've had it since February 2021 😒 make it make sense!30Visto0likes0Comentarios
