I got the same exact issue. So I called the customer service technical support. And the solution for the situation is toholdthe reset button on the 5G modemfor more than 5 seconds to start the factory reset onthe gateway,after that, you will have to set upthe gateway and it will reset everything to the original settings including the password.71Visto0likes0Comentarios
