Website Problem
Hi! Im just really sad about the website for this carrier, tbh i dont have a problem with the data and all but every time i try to use their website, either it's taking a while or no avail at all. For customer service, either they are excellent or bad. I dont know why I have a pending order when it says on my website that it was completed for MONTHS already. Before, I could changed my plan on their website but now, no matter what i do, nothing! Even the representative couldn't help me. I can't even use their App too! Is it because im a prepaid user? Still, im a customer. It's frustrating because this already happened numerous times. Your website and app are ridiculously useless. I hope you can read this.38Visto1like0Comentarios
