I have a brand new FAST5688W 5G Gateway, I spent an hour and a half with support, so far today the modem has turned itself off7 times and back on, this thing is not even 25 hrs old, this is crazy. Does this happen to everyone? How are you supposed to work if it keeps turning itself off? Do I need a new gateway?
