Re: Comcast email on T-Mobile home internet
After a long conversation with a T-moble customer Service Rep I didn't receive an answer to my Question. Are rate went up $10.00 and was given notice however, we where on vacation and couldn't respond until now. We were promised that we would pay the senior discount of $60.00 with no increase. A contract on T-mobile's side was notkeep. It's not the increase but a promise by your company. We have been a long time customer and have paid our bills on time of $60.00 a month.
