Went to the store, bought a new SIM installed it. No dice. Rep there had no clue as to why it wasn't working. "I've never seen anything like this before." On the other hand, I called to customer service and they've raised a report for the technical team to investigate. Is this blacklisting a real thing? Any clue on why T-Mobile restricted my service?
