Since neither of those numbers worked for me when I tried to pay my bill from via mybank 'bill pay' system, I guess you either see another 'account number' or you don't even use this kind of feature from your bank. I called their prepaid cs team1-877-453-1304. A lady helped me get to this page:https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/customer-activity-log. And I was able to get the official billing statement with address on it at View Reciept.
