Re: Porting Problem Google Voice to T Mobile
Hopefully it's fixed. Here's my experience. I just went thru this 👻Port as I term it. You must use Twitter support via Direct message! They will send a link to verify acct. @twitterhelp. Susan fixed my issue saying it was stubborn registration. My phone kept unknown number for ~24hrs then showed correctly. Make sure phone has right SIM in and is powered on. They gotta send a signal like cable TV. Whatever Twitter support did enabled voice, text & data on the correct (port in) number. I used chat 4x (who said they had no access to acct & call) , store 3x (Had no use let's try new SIM, if not we can call) then 1hr on Twitter w/ Susan (or whomever). My phone kept old number & the port was promptly completed. (I took time to get pin & acct # from the big V) The problem was the port in number would give disconnected error upon calling 9r texting. The website and app both say active and fully ported! My T-Mobile line kept old number & weirdly I logged in using that. I registered for access after completing fix. I don't know if it's because I could only login w/ phone number or what. Verizon actually closed my account upon port out! They even deleted my login to billing etc. I know how insane. I suspect it's a system issue from merger, primary line change or something odd. T-Mo must have an insane database & tools. I guess after China stealing their IP its made them paranoid about tool access. TLDR: Use Twitter Tech Support! They are the T-Mobile Tech Magiks!6Visto0likes0Comentarios
