They have not sent a replacement phone. This Schok is acting exactly like the previous one did before it completely stopped. Last week I went with Consumer. My new iphone witll be here thursday. I am having the exact same problem with this phone. I am also with Assurance Wireless.I have been in touch with a SCHOK rep via email who says I am the only person having this problem. I will give you his email. Both Schok and assurance blame t-mobile. However, I can drive a mile or two and get a signal. These are crap phones that Assurance is dumping on people.
