Yeah I'm aware it works that way I just didn't know where to go to set things in motion. I want to get this done straight away as there is surely a time limit to things that tends to work in T-Mobile favor.

Verizon Phone Payoff
I transferred in a line from Verizon with a balance still on the phone from Verizon. T-Mobile offered to pay it off. I'm trying to figure out where to go to initiate this payoff transaction. I guess they send me a prepaid card for the balance or something like that.
