Thanks so much! Telling them "you need to reconcile my profile--whatever that means" and "it's the last step in the troubleshooting" helped get them to the right place. I waited on hold for an hour. Then the rep reset the wrong phone, called the problem phone, then when I told them they had called the problem phone, they told me that they would call me back on the right phone. They never did. Another half hour into waiting on hold the second time (you go back to the end of the line if they drop you). Finally,I got smart. I probably shouldn't tell you my secret, or everyone will do it.😉 Go onto X (Twitter). Direct Message "T-Mobile help". From my first post to problem solved--30 minutes! And with less attitude, and without T-Mobile continually playing bad (sound quality) music, telling me my call is important, and that I can take care of everything on their site.😂 The most ironic part of waiting on hold was when the lyrics "but they're not answering" (maybe fromhttps://genius.com/The-rakes-when-tom-cruise-cries-lyrics?) came up, ~45 minutes in. I was lilke "No kidding!" I should note that a supervisor called me back and apologized that I wasn't called back, I suspect because I mentioned it on X in the DM.108Visto1like0Comentarios
