Thank you for the insight. it is incredibly disappointing that a customer like me on my dad's T-Mobile account cannot simply turn off the pattern rollover step on the account itself. incredibly unfair that practice was not implemented by these companies. There are companies I see in my online searches now that with a cost to buy their services, they claim the passcode and rollover function can be overwritten. I will have to see if this is true and can be done this way. At the end of the day, the police have to have a function that can do this as well, otherwise how would they know who to call from the phone of a dead person in a crash, homicide, injury, etc…. Please - need to know how to turn off or bypass pattern lock on Note 20 5G Ultra. My father unfortunately passed away and I know he has some great family videos/ pics as well as his email account to let his friends know of his passing. He has aNote 20 phone that is still connected to T-mobile, but I cannot access without the pattern design selected. How can this be reset or accessed without losing everything on the phone - it doesn't appear that customer service at T-Mobile or at Samsung know of a way which is incredibly worrisome for anyone that may lose a family member.Solved284Visto0likes5Comentarios
