I'm having same issues with my car too. I didn't have any problems with my car battery or the alternator before I started using Sync-up. I had to replace my car battery and alternator a month after I started using the sync-up device. I contacted T-moble customer care and reported the issue. the representatives were not helpful at all. They kept transferring my phone calls from one department to another. at last I was able to talk to a representative and he said I cannot cancel sync-up drive till I pay it off and he hug up on me. T-mobile customer care suck. @tmo_chrisHow about pay us for the damages caused by this devices.1Ver0likes0Comentarios
