Re: Help Settling A Collections Debt!
If you agree you owe then mail a letter to TMOBILE for a 'Pay for Delete' agreement (an agreement between you/Tmobile that once the balance owed is paid in full-TMobile will delete the information and mark 'PAID' on all three credits bureaus. Keep track of your paper-trail and wait for them to respond. DO NOT contact the collection agency holding the account.5Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Help Settling A Collections Debt!

Learn about the Fair Credit Reporting and Fair Credit Billing Acts Write a letter to T-Mobile and the collection agency. Cite the aforementioned acts as appropriate, and ask for a full accounting of all charges. If things seem amiss & are not getting resolved, file a credit dispute with the credit reporting agencies. The t mobile said they would port the numbers over and instead they dishonestly added extra lines and we got charged for them. Feeling tricked tonight as the 'switch your plan to lower costs' was presented to me after I was eligible for an upgrade. Talked into 2 additional lines that weren't needed and given a SIM card. My bill is actually higher and I am pissed. Going into local store to resolve with Mangement. I have always loved TMobile but I have a very bad taste after this honestly-Came here to see if anyone else had the same grievence. Signed a loyal customer for 10 years92Visto0likes0Comentarios
