I'm sorry to read that. They did tell me, they changed my contract to still give me the discount. I told them, it never agreed to the changes, etc. I am considering looking for another carrier. Great News!! I have received a six month credit of past amount of the $10.42, totaling $62,52.Moving forward they will be applying the $10.42 credit ot my bill for my Watch5 Pro. Here's what you need to do. Log into your T-mobile account via Chrome. Select Bill at bottom of screen. Tap History at the top. You will be able to download past bills to see whenthe discount was first applied via Spriint and when it stopped (when the migration occurred). Write down the dates so you are prepared when you call. Then call T-mobile and let them know, you had the promotion and it stopped when migration occurred. Hopefully, you will get the same results I did. Be kind and patient, I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I have to say it was worth it. There was a promotion at that time. It was for the watch5 pro at 50% off. Now, I see that I'mpaying full price for it. I'm trying to locate a copy of my contract, but not having any results. I'm going to keep looking. Any suggestions on how to locate a copy of device agreement?8Visto0likes0Comentarios
