I am now out of patience, and so are alot of others here. As a test engineer, I find the way this is dragging on so long and fact issue is still "being worked on" with no credible ETR strange. Something does not seem "right" at this point as others on forum are also saying. There must be a lot of sharp engineers(?) on this and would seem a root cause/fix/solution/workaroundwould be found by now. The feature WAS working, then it stopped. Thisis a common scenario and usually means following the chain of changes to determine what likely caused issue, and a fix applied accordingly, and/or changes backed out,I need to hear something much more concrete TODAY from the T Force team on twitter or from someone higher level here on the forum (HeavenM, etc) as to what is going on. UPDATE: Just got a DM from T force team and it's the same old same old. NoETR, no nothing.Said to use call logs on phone for now.Very helpful.2Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED
It has been 3-4 days since HEAVENM "solved" thisissue. Asthere has been no further updates, I am within a day at best before cancelling. Asmuch as it's easy to say their engineers are idiots, I don'tbuy that. More likely, as a lot have been saying in various threads, (a lot) more is going on here. It's time forHEAVENM (or whoever) to provide all of us with a substantive, useful update. Edge on desktop, chrome on Android mobile as I said. Same thing. I care most about mobile and the fact that others above have seen same tells me not unique. (Also, see reviews of app). Just a few min ago it did show usage details on mobile , and now does not again. Yesterday and for months has been ok. cleared browser cache/cookies app cache, reinstalled app, etc exactly what was seen about 3 months ago per above. Thanks for input. Update: Firefox on different PC than PC with edge exactly the same. So 2 PCs, a Mobile using browser and their app all the same behavior. So annoying. Now app shows details selection but same thing as web portal, you get "manage data" when usage details selected. Can t- mobile please, once and for all, get this handled. Per above, a number of us see this on and off it seems. Managed to view usage details on web portal maybe 3x today out of tons of tries where it shows "manage data" Occurs on portal on mobile or desktop browsers and app does same. This same again... usage showing manage data. Note: This has zero to do with WiFi calling, etc. Going to usage on web portal shows "manage data" instead as occured 3mo ago above. Something broken. Same here. Get page withmanage data instead of usagepage on both website (using mobile or desktop) and app. Worked 3 hrs ago. Have reinstalled app as well as cleared browser cache and removed TMobile cookies. Ps: wish I could figure out why my # appears when posting. Profile user title set and set to show in settings?
