I went through the same thing. Still not understanding. I went in the T-Mobile store, and the guy helping me said that I was on the wrong plan when I wanted to upgrade from the Z Flip 3 to the Z Flip 5. I had 2 phones at the time, the Z Flip 3 and the Samsung A20. My plan was add a line, and get the Z Flip 3 for free. Ok, I shut down the A20 in April when I found out it was no longer being supported. I thought my bill would be lower. No. They said my service was for 2 lines, so I added the A20 back with service that I was already paying for. Now I was told that I can upgrade my phone when my contract is up in December, unless I wanted to pay off my device (the Z Flip 3), then I would be able to upgrade. IF not, I would have to wait until my contract is up in December to upgrade to the Z Flip 5. Tried to chat, no help. Tried to call, 30 minute wait. I'm at work. Not gonna work for me. I'll try again, don't want to wait until December for the Z Flip 5. What you gonna do TMobile, or is that just it…?15Visto0likes0Comentarios
