I would say lucky you @WallaceT. I have software version 1.2003.03.0178 but haven't seen any improvements in the connection quality. In fact the quality has dropped and I have logged a ticket with the Home Internet team. I too was surprised today when I called the T-Mobile customer service. They had no idea about Primary Signal vs Secondary. Totally clueless. TheHigh-Speed Internet Gateway is a hit or a miss many times. The speed swings. Biggest problem I have is with the Citrix workspace app. It has never worked properly since I switched to T-Mobile home internet since the latency on the network is higher than the workspace app requirement. I think long way to go before we see anystability. A new software version is rolling out soon but not too optimistic on that one either.1Ver0likes0ComentariosCitrix Workspace app issues
I have seen that T-Mobile Home Internet and Citrix workspace app does not play well together. Latency is on the higher side on the Home internet and Citrix freezes. This has been a real pain while working from home.I hope the upgraded 5G home internet device resolves this issue.4.6KViews3likes9Comentarios
