I'm able to access everything. If I try to login through the actual T-Mobile website it freaks out and says nothing is correct. Once you correct your info you should be able to use the T-Mobile app like normal and be able to see and pay your bill. This is have been so frustrating and support just kept passing me off 🤦🏻♀️ This ^^^^^ I was able to createmy ID with the t-Life app using the email address that I ordered my gateway with and use the line number assigned to the gateway. Now that I have created the account, I am able to log in normally and manage my account. This is a massivehassle and kudos to Jesk.Segar for posting the work-around.17Visto1like0Comentarios
