horrible customer service
I called T-Mobile telling them my phone was having a problem and since I have insurance and have been with them for 11yrs they would send me a new phone for free. I got it, activated it, all was going good. Now my bill is not only showing a monthly charge but 2 erroneous $88 fees. I've spent literally DOZENS of hours on the phone and have made zero progress. I've been told several times everything was taken care of yet I keep on getting charges. It is a shame that T-Mobile went from having such great service to where they are now.
