I was quoted a price in writing but was charged a much higher price once I got the bill
I need some HELP! I purchased your service from your authorized dealer in Moscow Idaho early November 2024. They quoted me a price to change my services from Verizon to T-mobile. My family has 4 phones and home internet. The price they quoted me was as follows. 4lines of service Go50 Plus for $148 per month & Home internet $35 for a total of $183 monthly. Then I got my first bill (direct debit) in December the bill was $220 monthly. So I called the T-Mobile store sales rep Devon. I had he's personal number. After sending him several text and several voice messages that all went unanswered I call the store and asked for the manager Bobbie. After several attempts and messages I was able to catch him (Bobbie) on the phone. He assured me that after a couple of weeks my pricing would change to the $183 monthly we were quoted. So now my December bill is getting ready to bill me the $220 again. So I called and spoke with both Devon & Bobbie the store manager 12/28. The manager Bobbie told me that the 20% discount code they applied when setting up my account was never applied. He said that he would apply a new 20% discount code and text us that it had been completed and this would correct the billing issue. As of 12/29/24 this still has not been corrected. IF I RECIVED ANOTHER $220 MONTHLY CHARGE I WILL BE CANCLEING TMOBILE SERVICE AND GOING BACK TO VERIZON. ALSO I WILL BE FILING A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT.
