Excellent customer service e
At 7:30ish pm on Tuesday November 26th, 2024 I walked into the tmobile store at the fashion outlet mall in Chicago. I was greater by Bryant with a friendly smile while another female was sitting on a stool on her phone. I asked Bryant of I could use a cell phone charger for a few minutes because my phone was dead. He started looking for one and the woman told him no we can't do that. She did not address me directly at all. It was if I was not in the room. Bryant looked at me with a smile on his face and I told him "Bryant it is OK, is there someplace in the mall where I can charge my phone" he said yes and pointed me in the direction of a really cool phone charging kiosk." I specifically acknowledged Bryant told him thank you for his help and to have an amazing Thanksgiving. I completely ignored the uncaring staff member. I am grateful Bryant was there. I feel like the girl that was sitting down on her phone would have been useless with helping me. Thus is the first negative experience I have ever dealt with at a tmobile. Please give Bryant some sort of. Recognition for caring and retrain the other person on customer service. She really needs the help, she is certainly up to tmobile standards. Even if she was on a break she should still acknowledged a customer if she is on the front area of the store sitting down. I am.in customer service and this is unacceptable behavior.
