My response to a T-Mobile survey after talking to their UN CUSTOMER friendly department. I ported 6 lines over from Verizon. Your rep in the store stated they put a block on international calling on one line that I requested. 6 months later I see charges on that same line. When I called your service team, first the agent had no idea you could block international outbound calls. After I read her statements from a Google search stating this can be done, she came back and said it could be done. 25 minutes of my life wasted. Then I asked for a credit for the international call charges because of the error by the store not putting up that service, and instead of apologizing for their error, or for the time it took her to learn about this feature, she said nothing but refused to provide the courtesy credit. To make matters worse I asked to be transfered to a manager and prior to the transfer can hear the rep type to the manager messages presumably telling them not to help. I get on the phone with the manager who would only identify herself as "Tonia Offline Management" not only refused to give the credit but blame me for the error of the store stating, "it's been 6 months since you signed up for T-Mobile and had time to confirm the feature was turned on". Really? Without knowing there was an issue until I got billed, how and why would I even go and check? WORSE customer experience from your company. It's been 6 months and we NEVER had a problem or dealt with service like this at Verizon. Going back to Verizon and never looking back.8Visto0likes0Comentarios
