Re: Wouldn't trade in my phone
I guess what us peeps who were born before we landed on the moon have a different idea of what equal means. I wasn't actually even looking for equal, life isn't that way. I would have been happy with 25 bucks but a rather rude "nope we can't trade it in unless you buy the $1200 phone" …was not endearing at all. ahh well looks like T-Mobile has gone down the rabbit hole. Have a lovely day.26Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Wouldn't trade in my phone

A s8 is well beyond the threshold for devices that people would be using today. T-Mobile's network has changed a lot since the days of the s8's. You will always get more money selling your device on something like Swappa, Ebay, or by giving it to someone you know that can make use of it. There are promos out there that don't require a trade-in and don't have to be for the latest and greatest flagship. The Go50 Plus plan offers current customers the same deals as new customers when it comes to upgrading. I think you missed the point. But thank you for your canned, party line answer,26Visto0likes0ComentariosWouldn't trade in my phone
I took my Galaxy 8 note to my local store to trade it in for an upgrade. I was told that my phone could not be used as a trade in because I got a S21Fe Samsung (older model). I get it T-Mobile likes to make money; however, it seems that unless you buy the most expensive latest thing you get not only no discounts, but the customer service was terrible. I am fairly sure this is my last phone with T-Mobile (customer since 2001). Try taking care of your existing customers, I got money for my old phone from a third party and no I don't want the latest greatest, I want ried and true.177Visto0likes4Comentarios
