I have NEVER had such a difficult and disappointing experience with a carrier. I am trying to access my rebate which has finally "arrived" (according to the email I received) but the instructions in the email do not correspond at all to what is on the website given in the email. Of course no one answers the number given in the email so I cannot call. I called Customer Service so they could tell me I must call within a specific time frame ... I cannot overstate how very sorry I am to have left AT&T after having been with them for more than 7 years. What was I thinking??? I may go back to AT&T or research options with other carriers before deciding. The only thing I am sure of is that I will NOT be staying with T-Mobile. What a disaster!17Visto0likes0Comentarios
