I am having the same issues, I am currently trying to upgrade my wife's phone, as well as, my own phone; we have been trying to do so since March, with no success. Online, it always says, "oops, we got a snag". We have tried calling multiple times, but the agents are unable to help. Upon one of the agent's request, we asked my mom to go into the store, added her to our account to make decisions on the account and she wasn't able to get us the phones. Could someone please help? My current phone is almost broken and my wife is two months away from giving birth to our first child. I desperately want to purchase a new phone so that I can be reached when she goes into labor or if there is an emergency! Ayuda.72Visto0likes0Comentarios
