I have a screen shot from the promo stating Magenta 55+ $50 with auto pay, includes 2 lines, each line $27.50 and Netflix on US! They are denying the promo ever existed. I have the proof that this promo did in fact exist and I bought it. I've been paying for the 2 lines so I could get the Netflix. They never had a promo for Magenta 55+ for 1 line $55. They did have the Essential 1 line for $40 but Netflix wasn't included. I know what I signed up for and I had 2 lines and free Netflix. What the heck can I do about this?8Visto0likes0Comentarios
