Re: Visual Voicemail Not Working Due to Pin Entry Issue
You have to call your voicemail box. You can do it by long pressing the 1 on your keypad. Then set it up on the phone. Once its setup you can then go back and finish setting up the visual voicemail.

I am having this same issue. I am on an S24+ Does anyone have a solution for this? I have restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled. I called customer care but I was on hold way too long and I had to go. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
