Are you deleting the update cache to flush out downloaded updates that are already installed? Do you have apps like Netflix or Spotify downloading media to olay offline? Since I posted my statement earlier, another 8 gb has been added to the system files. I have emptied all my photos and videos and am about to perform a factory reset. I too have had multiple OnePlus devices and never had this issue.
