I switched to access point in standard setup and that doesn't change anything whether that or Wireless LAN. I also changed on the Gateway toWPA/WPA2 from WPA2/WP3. The printer finds the TMobile Home Internet Gateway. When I connect it says failed and never asks for a password. Did it ask for a password for you? All my other devices are connecting with issue. Canon Support won't bother talking and directs to website :( Thanks so much!! Finally got it. I connected multiple times following these instructions but still couldn't scan anything. i just kept playing and playing. It finally seemed to work when I went past the Save to USB screen to one that had my name on it. Good luck. Keep playing - it IS possible. Now I hope I didn't scan the papers upside down1 P.S.
