I contacted Popeyes and received a response fromsupport+id5078927@popeyestech.zendesk.com They asked if I followed the instructions listed in the offer, to which I replied with the following: Jessica, Thank youfor your reply. Yes, I have followed all those steps. Originally, I entered the code in the app but the offer never appeared under "offers" When I tried to enterthecode again, I received an errormessage statingthat someone had already used that code. Later, I tried again to enterthe code and received a different errormessage statingthat I needed to try again in 60 seconds. This is all coupledwith the problem that the offer is for 2 pieces of chicken a la carte, which is not offered in any stores here in California nor where my mother lives in Arkansas. I even tried adding $5 in purchase first before adding the 2 piece chicken offer. The offer still never appeared. I had plannedto use the offers for myself, my wifeand my son. (We have 3 phones and 3 different Popeyes accounts.) I had actually planned to use this for dinner tonight. It was frustrating that it didn't work and I had to make other plans. By the way, there is a lengthy conversation on the T-Mobile community regarding this issue. I've included the link below, but I'm pretty sure you must have a T-Mobile account in order to access the conversation. I had the same problem. I pasted the code and received a message to go to my offers. I went to my offers, and the 2 piece wasn't there. I went to the menu and there was no option for a 2 piece chicken order that wasn't a meal. This was very frustrating as I had planned to take my wife and son for dinner tonight. (I know, what a cheapskate!) Now I have to figure out what I am going to cook.6Visto1like0Comentarios
