Where's the airline wifi promised?
I just completed my 6th trans-Atlantic flight this year, and on NONE of them was I able to get wifi according to the confusing, inaccurate 'instructions' I've received from 611 and the web. All were inconsistent and incorrect, for some reason. Is this a bait and switch situation re the current offers / ads? Going to speak with my old FTC friends from my time there.
