how to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?

T-Mobil Not Honoring Their Agreements
T-Mobil quoted me a price and after 4 months still will not honor it. They told me I had a $1000 credit for a new phone and it would cost nothing for me to trade in my old phone and now they are trying to charge me for it. Promised a $200 credit for signing up and you guessed it no credit to date. Every time I talk to a representative at the store about my problems they play with the computer, go in the back room, look at their phone and 2 hours latter tell me they have fixed the problem and nothing changes. The bill is still way over what they promised and no credits. I can feel they are just trying to wait me out, hoping I will give up. Does anyone know how to get some help to either get out of my agreement with them and move on or to make them honor their agreement? It amazing that this company seems to have a policy of promising things they have no intention of providing!

Scammed by T-mobile, now what?
Tmobile said I was getting 800 on trade in and a free watch. So I gave them my Note 10 Plus along with 475 cash in exchange for an S23 Ultra and a supposedly free watch. I was told the phone was paid in full and the watch was free and that they were switching my plan to 55+ to lower my bill. Then the bill came and it had gone up by over 100 a month, they've been charging me monthly for the phone and for the watch since April of 2023 and say I owe them over 750 for the phone. Now I am not so dumb as to ever agree to trade my phone and also pay over 2500 for any new phone and I never wanted the watch that they are charging me 400 for and another 14 a month to connect it even tho I have never once used it. I went to the BBB website and it says TMOBILE is not a BBB member I have had zero luck with the aproximately 3 hrs a week for 10 months that I've spent talking to customer service then I find out they've been charging me 10 dollars for each of call. I've been paying for all those wasted hours where they always make empty promises I don't know what to do about this Ive been a customer for nearly 20 years Do I need a lawyer? Is there a way to file some kind of official complaint? Any advice would be appreciated

Text is blocked and T-Mobile is saying I was spamming
Please let me know if you are fixing the blocked text message problem. According to the post below, others are having this same problem. Mexico-T-Mobile Mobile Data issue on S22 Ultra e-Sim
I’ve Samsung S22 Ultra 5G with e-SIM. Plan is Simply Pre-Paid with 10GB of Data/Month and has USD$15 for International Calling, which Includes Mexico and Canada. I came to Mexico City, Mexico on 4th Feb 2023 and soon after the Plane Land, I saw the data as LTE. Roaming is On and Manually Selected the Network TELCEL(T-Mobile partner). Now the issue is I can see the LTE Icon, but Chrome, WhatsApp and Facebook are not loading. I reset the Network setting and did a Phone Re-Start. Airplane Mode was on-off, and the Data send/receive is still not working. #RON# (#766#) also tried. I also used Speedtest to see whether data send/receive happened and in Speedtest, it could not connect the Provider and Server. The call and SMS service is working Fine. I raised 2 Tickets, one after another, with Customer Service and Engineer team and they said it would take 72 Hours to resolve. But there is no resolution. #73045642, 69530200 Still depend on Wifi Service and Office Verizon Mobile Hotspot

Hi, I have got the iphone 15 pro under the trade in request which got me $830 offer. its been four months. I m going to travel other countries which basically needs a local network to able to perform some bank related activities and personal usage. I have asked them to unlock the device. not sure whats going on?

Where is the connection quality bars on the new app. I dont appreciate all the marketing and garbage in the new app. I just want good internet, focus on that rather than giving me free! Come on Tmobile, get ur act together.

Warranty exchange fee
So I have a Z Fold 4 512gb and recently my wifi stopped working and the bluetooth cuts on and off at times. I bought this phone brand new ($1800) and have had it less than a year. I went to my local T-mobile store after all the possible fixes on their website did not work. They were more than willing to help me out. They had to order me a new phone because they didn't stock them in the store, which I think is just BS. I bet if i walked into the store wanting to buy one brand new, they would magically have one in the back room. They also told me that I need to pay a warranty exchange fee. I feel like this is horrible business. This is a warranty issue, it should be a free exchange. How can you sell me a device that includes a warranty for internal defects, but then charge me to exchange it. I could understand charging me if I did something to the phone that caused damage, but not for a manufacturer defect within the phone. Any fees that T-mobile feels they need to recover should be the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the consumer. This is a horrible business practice. Not happy about this whole situation at all.

UPS and TMOBILE are NOT a good combination!!!!
The local T-mobile store didn’t have my upgrade phone choice in stock (they barely had anything in stock), so I had to get it sourced from somewhere else. They only use UPS and you can only get a signature required shipment. Well, I happen to work for a living so I wasn’t able to be home to sign for it any of the 3 days they tried to deliver it. I called T-mobile as well as UPS multiple times, spent time on UPS’s website to see if I had any options. Both companies told me I had no options short of letting the pkg get returned to the shipper or pay up to an extra $10 to get the package dropped off at a local UPS store or get the delivery date changed. Because I didn’t want to get the pkg returned only to have to go back to a T-Mobile store to do this ALL OVER AGAIN, I finally went on and paid the extra money to get it dropped off at the local UPS store for God knows when….. I don’t understand how a company can do this to people. I understand that they do these things for security reasons but they don’t give the customer ANY option or choice in the matter. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating and maddening exp. Of all the things I’ve ordered through the mail in my life, I’ve never had this happen to where I had no option that was not only more expensive but also highly inconvenient and aggrivating. After all this I feel like switching carriers. T-mobile was absolutely no help at all and any time I called them I had to start the entire explanation of what was happening all over again. I was a Sprint customer for over 20 years before they got bought out by T-Mobile and my exp with their company up until hasn’t been bad but not great either. But after all this, I am a very unhappy customer. This experience has really turned me on them.
