I set up an account with Text Now, and that has been working in the meantime, but no one should have to go through all of this. Last week I filed a complaint with the FCC about this very well-known issue with T-Mobile, and their lack of follow-up and resolution. I received a response from my complaint a couple of days ago that the FCC is now waiting for a response from T-Mobile. There is some sort of firewall that prevents prison phones calls from getting through on T-Mobile networks. I spoken with someone from the I.T. department and this is a known issue, but they are not taking any real steps to resolve it. It's absolutely ridiculous.43Visto1like0Comentarios
