I just realized I'm being charged for home Internet that I haven't been using. We tried it and returned the equipment from November 2021. So they've been charging me all this time. I just was not checking my bill because I'm enrolled in auto pay. I'm wondering how many customers are experiencing the same fraudulent business practices. After being a customer for 18 years and 11 months, I feel totally betrayed. They're only willing to refund four months. I feel robbed, betrayed, I feel there deliberately overcharging their customers. A class action lawsuit is warranted.13Visto1like0Comentarios
